Logistics for the DREAM II Conference

Venue

The DREAM II Conference will take place at the Kereyu Hill Resort in Adama, Ethiopia from Tuesday 15 - Friday 18 March 2022.

Transport to venue

In terms of transport to Adama three options are offered:
  1. Bus from Meeting Point in Addis to Adama (Monday 14 March) and back (Saturday 19 March)
  2. Bus from Bole Airport Addis to Adama (Monday 14 March) and back (Saturday 19 March)
  3. Use of own transport
You can indicate your preferred option as part of the registration form.

The conference will take place from Tuesday 15 March - Friday 18 March 2022.

The conference will be physical in Adama, Ethiopia. All the plenary sessions will be livestreamed and also working groups can be joined online. Check the program for the links to join.

Hotel Accomodation

The Kereyu Hill Resort, venue place of the DREAM event, will manage all hotel bookings either in Kereyu, or other hotels located in Adama. We can arrange it for you, if you please mention clearly your arrival and departure dates, in the registration form. The costs will be around ETB 950 per night.

Costs

All costs related to local transport, venue place, conference meetings and catering (lunch and dinner) between Tuesday 15 March and Friday 18 March, 2022, are covered by the organizers.
To be covered by the participant: long distance transport to and from Bole Airport, Addis and hotel costs.  
Participants of national / regional government partners may receive sponsoring of long distance transport and hotel costs.
