The fifth DREAM II pre-conference on ‘Financial Management Capacity at Woreda Level’ successfully took place on July 29, 2021. Around 40 participants gathered online and from a physical venue in Jijiga (in Ethiopia’s Somali region). An opening address was provided by GIZ Ethiopia’s Dr. Elisabeth van den Akker.
