The Hybrid DREAM II Pre-Event took place on December 15th, 2021 and discussed: ‘TVETs: creating employment opportunities with lowland programs’. A group of 45 participants gathered in the online setting and at venues in Jigjiga. As part of the program there was a opening statement by Dr. Elisabeth v/d Akker on behalf of GIZ-SDR. There were several presentations on the experiences with training colleges.
