The first DREAM II Learning Event took place on March 9th, 2021. A group of 75 participants gathered in the online setting and at venues in Semera and Jigjiga. As part of the program there was a opening statement on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, and a range of presentations from organisations involved in Rangeland Management and Fodder production.
