Using Power of the Crowd to track Locusts (Demonstrating eLocust3) (David Hughes, Penn State Uni)
David Hughes from Pennsylvania State University presents how the idea of crowdsourcing locust swarm movement data was taken to fruition, using the ‘eLocust3’ app. eLocust3 is an application is a widely used application which is part of FAO’s eLocust suite of tools.
